Ms. Sophie Taillefer - Vocal Coach and Stage Director

 

Sophie Taillefer is a mezzo-soprano from Montreal, who now resides in  NJ. She came to the United States in 1998 with the invitation to study at the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts in Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor's Degree and has enjoyed a professional career in both Pop and Opera.  Ms. Taillefer finds a special joy in bringing the performing arts to the children and teens of our local community.  She sees a "rising star" in each of her students.  Visit her website to learn more about her.

 

Mr. Kahlil V. Gunther
Kahlil V. Gunther holds a Masters Degree in Music from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Since 1995, he has served as the Director of Choral Activities at Woodstown High School where his ensembles regularly receive Superior ratings at festivals and competitions. He has worked extensively as a performing pianist, accompanist, musical director and vocal coach.

 

Christina Forshey
Assistant director for Kiss Me Kate,  Ms. Forshey has a B. A. in Theatre Arts from Liberty University in Virginia.  She has worked as a student teacher, Director, and Vocal Director.

 

Ms. Cynthia Pulsinelli - Choreographer and Dance Instructor

Cynthia has trained at the Briansky Saratoga Ballet Center, under Balanchine & Vaqanova,  School of Berkshire Ballet,and Hallenbeck School of Dance. She has also received scholarships to train with The Princeton Ballet School and Alvin Ailey Dance Theater. She has performed on Broadway, in telvision and movies and modeled for the World Modeling Association.  Cynthia is a nationally awarded choreographer and in 2007  was named by Dance Spirit magazine  as one of countries top 50 “Dance Teachers on the Move”. Cynthia has been teaching for 20 years, is certified  by Dance Educators of America, and is a certified aerobics instructor.
